Artyzen Singapore offers a delightful stay for both you and your furry friend. The pet package we experienced was a thoughtful touch, featuring a stay in a premiere room that came with pet welcome gifts, a large pet bed, and a bowl. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast for two (at The Quenino Cafe outdoor area) and dining credits, which we could use at the hotel’s various restaurants and bars.
The room itself was impressive—spacious, with a modern yet warm interior design that felt cozy and luxurious at the same time. The high ceilings and large windows offered stunning views of the city and Bukit Timah Hill in the distance. We particularly loved the clever layout, with a mid-room partition that separated the bed area from the corridor. This not only enhanced the already excellent soundproofing but also created a peaceful retreat for both us and our pet. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub, was another highlight. We also love their spacious Balcony that our fur companions loves to visit and looking out from the height safely.
Amenities in the room were top-notch, combining quality and style. From the Dyson hairdryer and accessories to the Bang & Olufsen speakers and the Stagg EKG Electric Kettle, everything was thoughtfully chosen to enhance our comfort.
It’s worth noting that while pets are welcomed warmly at Artyzen Singapore, they are only allowed in the outdoor area of the ground-floor café and inside the room. Unfortunately, pets aren’t permitted on the rooftop or in the restaurants, which is a shame because the hotel has a beautiful rooftop garden bar and an infinity pool that would have been lovely to enjoy together.
The service at Artyzen Singapore was exceptional. The staff were pet lovers themselves and made sure that both we and our pet felt genuinely welcomed. Check-in was smooth and thoughtful, with the staff being polite, warm, and attentive.
Parking was also hassle-free, with easy access and free parking provided for hotel guests—one coupon per day.
Overall, our stay at Artyzen Singapore was a memorable experience, especially for traveling with a pet. The hotel’s attention to detail and pet-friendly amenities made it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway with our furry companion.
